Privacy policy.
1. Privacy at a glance
General information
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified. For detailed information on data protection, please refer to our privacy policy listed below this text.
Data collection on this website
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the section "Information about the responsible party" in this privacy policy.
Your data is collected on the one hand by you providing it to us. This can, for example, be data that you enter into our contact form or into the project inquiry assistant. Other data is collected automatically or after your consent when you visit the website through our IT systems. This is mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page request). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.
2. Hosting
We host the content of our website with an external service provider. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the host. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.
The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Our host
The provider is:
Vautron Rechenzentrum AG
Obermünsterstraße 9
93047 Regensburg
Germany
Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR with the provider named above. This is a contract required by data protection law which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
3. General information and mandatory information
Data protection
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. We point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Information about the responsible party
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Manuel Grasse
KreativWolke
Alte Stollberger Str. 6b
08297 Zwönitz OT Brünlos
Germany
Phone: +49 174 3430866
Email: post@kreativ-wolke.de
The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, email addresses, etc.).
Storage duration
Unless a more specific storage period has been stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted, unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, deletion takes place after these reasons cease to apply.
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to object to data collection (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. We will then no longer process the personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged violation. The supervisory authority responsible for us is:
The Saxon Data Protection Commissioner
Devrientstraße 5
01067 Dresden
Germany
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
Information, correction and deletion
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time regarding this and other questions on the subject of personal data.
SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
4. Data collection on this website
Cookies
Our web pages use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small data packages and do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions requested by you or to optimize the website (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified.
Insofar as cookies or comparable technologies are used for other purposes (e.g. for analysis), this is only done on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, Section 25 para. 1 TTDSG). This consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time (see the section "Analytics tools and consent"). You can also set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases or exclude them in general.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website — the server log files must be recorded for this purpose.
Contact form and project inquiry assistant
If you send us inquiries via the contact form or the project inquiry assistant (wizard), your details, including the contact details you provide there, will be processed by us for the purpose of handling the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Your entries are stored in a database and additionally transmitted to us by email (SMTP) so that we can process your inquiry. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if this was requested.
The data you enter in the contact form or inquiry assistant will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
5. Analytics tools and consent
Cookie consent
This website uses its own consent tool to obtain your consent for storing non-essential cookies or for the use of technologies requiring consent, and to document this in compliance with data protection law. Cookies and technologies are divided into the categories "Necessary", "Statistics" and "Marketing". Necessary cookies are required to operate the website; all others are only set after your active consent.
Your consent is voluntary and can be revoked or adjusted at any time with effect for the future — via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the website. The legal basis for processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Section 25 para. 1 TTDSG.
Google Tag Manager (Consent Mode v2)
We use Google Tag Manager (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Tag Manager is a tool that lets us manage and integrate tracking or statistics tools and other technologies. Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, does not store cookies and does not carry out any independent analysis. It merely serves to manage and deliver the tools integrated via it.
Use is based solely on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, Section 25 para. 1 TTDSG). We use Google Consent Mode v2: without your consent, no tags requiring consent are executed (default setting: denied). Only after your consent via our consent tool are the corresponding services loaded and triggered. If Google services are activated via Tag Manager, data may be transferred to Google and possibly to the USA. For the USA, there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Further information on data protection at Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
