Firm and client on the same data.
Tax firms work in DATEV; their clients use email, paper and phone photos. In between, receipts go missing, queries pile up and figures arrive late. advidesk wanted to connect both sides without pulling firms out of their routines.

From till receipt to signature: one portal where firm and client see the same receipts, figures and tasks.
adviScan
Photograph receipts on the phone – paired via QR code, no app store, edges detected, straight into the inbox.
adviSign
The signature folder on the tablet: sign powers of attorney, contracts and notices, the signed copy goes to the document folder.
adviSales
Write quotes, invoices and e-invoices and pass receipts straight to the firm – booked via the adviConnect shop.
DATEV integration
Receipts, master data and payroll in sync – the firm keeps its DATEV workflows.
