Not just a job – a place to live.

Rural areas are short of doctors. Municipalities can offer vacant practices, funding, childcare and jobs for partners, yet the right people never find them. LAMAA set out to match both sides on how and where they want to live.

  • Profile wizard

    Doctors and municipalities describe step by step what they look for and offer – with saving along the way.

  • Filters & matching score

    Filter by housing, childcare or leisure and see the match in percent.

  • Verified & anonymous

    Doctors are verified via DocCheck and get in touch without revealing their name right away.

  • Admin & job board

    Approve municipalities, maintain offers – jobs from Saxony are imported automatically every six hours.
